I. General Terms

  • Regulations – these regulations

  • User – any individual gaining access to the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – Communication between the parties via email and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

  • These Regulations define the rules for the functioning and use of the Service and specify the rights and obligations of Users and the Provider related to the use of the Service.

    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could harm the Service software, other Users, or the Provider,

    • any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the achievement of the purpose for which the Service operates.
  • In case of detecting the occurrence or potential possibility of a cybersecurity incident or GDPR violation, Users should first report this to the Provider to quickly eliminate the problem/threat and protect the interests of all Users of the Service.

VI. Copyright

  • The owner of the Service and the copyright of the Service is the Provider.
  • Some data placed in the Service is protected by copyright belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties not related in any way to the Provider and are used based on obtained licenses or free licenses.
  • Under the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search systems except for Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic, video, or audio materials found in the Service without written consent or consent communicated via Electronic Communication from their legal owner.
  • According to the Act of February 4, 1994, simple press information, understood as mere information without commentary and evaluation by its author, is not protected. The author understands this as the possibility of using information from texts posted on the Service, but not copying whole or parts of articles unless indicated in the individual material provided on the Service.

VII. Changes to the Regulations
