I. General Definitions

  • Terms and Conditions – this document

  • Service Provider – the company "Rekenaar Krzysztof Atłasiewicz" with its registered office at: ul. Na Polach 36e, 31-344 Kraków, Poland, NIP: 6771229117
  • Service Recipient – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
  • Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website.

II. General Provisions

  • The Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation and use of the Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of the Service Recipients and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.
  • The subject of the Service Provider's services is to provide free tools in the form of the Service, enabling Service Recipients to access content in the form of posts, articles, audiovisual materials, or web applications and electronic forms.

    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could harm the Service software, other Service Recipients, or the Service Provider,
    • attempting to upload or inject code, scripts, and software onto the server and into the database that could track or steal data of the Service Recipients or the Service Provider,
    • taking any actions aimed at damaging, blocking the operation of the Service, or preventing the Service from achieving its purpose.
  • In case of detection of an incident of cybersecurity or a potential occurrence of an incident or violation of GDPR, Service Recipients should first report this fact to the Service Provider to quickly resolve the issue/threat and protect the interests of all Service Recipients of the Service.

IV. Conditions of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service

  • The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Recipients to interact with the Service in the form of:

  • In case of contact between the Service Recipient and the Service Provider, the personal data of the Service Recipients will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

V. Collection of Data about Service Recipients

    The above data are obtained through the Google Analytics script and are anonymous.

VI. Copyrights

  • The owner of the Service and the copyrights to the Service is the Service Provider.
  • Some data posted on the Service are protected by copyrights belonging to companies, institutions, and third parties unrelated in any way to the Service Provider and are used based on obtained licenses or free licenses.
  • According to the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright, it is prohibited to use, copy, reproduce in any form, and store in search systems (except for Google, Bing, Yahoo, NetSprint, DuckDuckGo, Facebook, and LinkedIn search engines) any articles, descriptions, photos, and all other content, graphic materials, video, or audio materials found on the Service without written consent or consent provided through Electronic Communication of their legal owner.
  • According to the Act of February 4, 1994, on copyright, simple press information, understood as mere information without the author's commentary and evaluation, are not protected.   • The Service Provider will make every effort to ensure that the services of the Service are offered continuously. However, he is not responsible for disruptions caused by force majeure or unauthorized interference by the Service Recipients, third parties, or external automatic programs.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Service for improvement, adding services, or maintenance without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
  • The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in whole or in part any of his rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent and possibility of expressing any objections by the Service Recipients.
