- Service Recipient – any natural person accessing the Service and using the services provided through the Service by the Service Provider.
- Electronic Communication – Communication between parties via email and contact forms available on the website.
II. General Provisions
- The Terms and Conditions define the rules of operation and use of the Service and specify the scope of rights and obligations of the Service Recipients and the Service Provider related to the use of the Service.

- In case of detection of an incident of cybersecurity or a potential occurrence of an incident or violation of GDPR, Service Recipients should first report this fact to the Service Provider to quickly resolve the issue/threat and protect the interests of all Service Recipients of the Service.
IV. Conditions of Communication and Provision of Other Services in the Service
- The Service provides services and tools enabling Service Recipients to interact with the Service in the form of:

- In case of contact between the Service Recipient and the Service Provider, the personal data of the Service Recipients will be processed in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", which is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.
V. Collection of Data about Service Recipients

VI. Copyrights

- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily, completely, or partially disable the Service for improvement, adding services, or maintenance without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to permanently disable the Service without prior notice to the Service Recipients.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to assign in whole or in part any of his rights and obligations related to the Service without the consent and possibility of expressing any objections by the Service Recipients.
